Common Questions
- How far in advance should I book F1 tickets?
It depends on the race. High-demand events like Monaco, Silverstone and Monza can sell out months ahead, so booking early is worth it. For less popular rounds, you'll often find availability closer to the date — but the best grandstand seats tend to go first.
- What's the difference between general admission and a grandstand ticket?
General admission gets you into the circuit with access to big screens and open viewing areas, but no reserved seat. A grandstand ticket gives you a specific numbered seat with a clear view of a particular section of track. Grandstands are usually the better option if it's your first race.
- When do F1 tickets go on sale for 2026?
Most circuits release general-admission and grandstand tickets between September and December of the previous year. A few — Monaco, Las Vegas and Abu Dhabi — open earlier with deposit reservations from June or July. Hospitality and Paddock Club packages typically go on sale ahead of standard tickets. The 2026 season is fully on sale across most rounds — check each race page below for current availability.
- Are F1 tickets refundable?
Most F1 tickets are non-refundable once issued — this is standard across the F1 ticketing market. However, if a race is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, you'll receive a full refund. Many grandstands and hospitality packages also offer paid cancellation cover at checkout for added flexibility. If your plans change after booking, contact our customer service team — we'll talk through your options.
- Is the Saturday sprint included in my Sunday ticket?
No. At sprint-format weekends (six rounds in 2026), the Saturday ticket includes sprint qualifying and the sprint race itself; Sunday-only tickets cover the Grand Prix only. If you want to see both the sprint and the Grand Prix, you need a Saturday and Sunday ticket — or a weekend pass.
- What's the difference between a grandstand ticket and Paddock Club hospitality?
A grandstand seat is a numbered viewing position trackside, with a clear view of one section of the circuit. Paddock Club is Formula 1's official top-tier hospitality programme — it includes a guaranteed view of the pit lane, full food and drink throughout the weekend, pit lane walks, and access to F1 personalities. Paddock Club packages cost significantly more than standard tickets — typically several thousand pounds per person — while grandstand tickets vary widely by race and section. For current prices at any specific Grand Prix, browse the race page below.
- Do I need a separate ticket for each day of the weekend?
Most circuits sell tickets by day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) or as a weekend package covering all three days. Sunday-only tickets are usually available if you just want to see the race itself. Weekend passes tend to offer better value.
- How do I know I'm buying genuine F1 tickets?
All Grandstand Tickets inventory comes from verified suppliers under formal supplier agreements — we don't list scalped or unverified resale tickets. Every booking is processed through secure checkout and backed by our customer support team. If a ticket fails to grant valid event entry, we'll work with you and the supplier to resolve it, including refund where appropriate. If you're unsure about any listing before booking, contact our team.
- Can I resell or transfer my F1 tickets?
This depends on the supplier and circuit. Most e-tickets are issued in the lead booker's name and aren't formally transferable, though many circuits don't check ID at the gate. If your plans change, contact our team — we can sometimes help with name changes on hospitality packages, or refund the booking depending on the cancellation cover applied.
