Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 26 March 2026

Welcome to Grandstand Tickets. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of tickets through our platform. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About Grandstand Tickets

Grandstand Tickets is a ticket comparison and booking platform that connects customers with verified third-party ticket suppliers. We operate as an intermediary — when you place an order through our website, we facilitate the transaction between you and the relevant ticket supplier.

We compare ticket prices from multiple trusted suppliers so you can find the best deal for live sports events worldwide, including Formula 1, MotoGP, tennis, football, rugby, and cricket.

2. Eligibility

To use our services and place an order, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information
  • Have a valid payment method in your name or with authorisation to use it

3. Placing an Order

When you select tickets and proceed through checkout, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email with your order reference number. This confirmation constitutes a binding contract between you and the ticket supplier, with Grandstand Tickets acting as the intermediary.

Please note:

  • All orders are subject to ticket availability. In rare cases, a supplier may be unable to fulfil your order after confirmation. If this occurs, we will offer you comparable alternatives or a full refund.
  • You are responsible for ensuring all order details — including attendee names, event dates, and ticket categories — are correct before completing your purchase.
  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. If you need to make changes, contact our support team as soon as possible and we will work with the supplier to explore options.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes and service charges — the price you see at checkout is the total price you pay. There are no hidden fees.

Prices are displayed in your selected currency. We support GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, and other major currencies. Currency conversion rates are updated regularly but may differ slightly from real-time bank rates.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners, Stripe and Airwallex, using 256-bit SSL encryption. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna. Your payment card details are handled directly by our payment processors and are never stored on our servers.

Ticket prices are set by individual suppliers and may fluctuate based on demand, availability, and market conditions. We do not guarantee that prices will remain the same between visits. The price is locked once you complete your purchase.

5. Ticket Delivery

Ticket delivery methods and timelines vary depending on the event, supplier, and ticket type. Your confirmation email will specify the expected delivery method and timeframe.

  • E-tickets / Mobile tickets: Typically delivered via email within 24–72 hours of booking. Some event organisers release tickets closer to the event date, in which case delivery may be later.
  • Physical tickets: Where required by the event, physical tickets are dispatched via tracked courier 2–4 weeks before the event date. A valid delivery address must be provided at checkout.
  • Collection on arrival: Some events require ticket collection at the venue. In these cases, you will receive full collection instructions via email, including required identification.

If you have not received your tickets within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk email folder first. If they are not there, contact our support team immediately with your order reference number and we will chase the supplier.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of live event tickets sourced from third-party suppliers, all sales are generally final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once your order is confirmed, except in the following circumstances:

Event cancellation

If an event is officially cancelled by the organiser and is not rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. We will notify you by email and process refunds within 14 business days of the official cancellation announcement.

Event postponement or rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will normally remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact our support team. Refund eligibility in these cases depends on the supplier and event organiser's policy.

Supplier fulfilment failure

In the rare event that a supplier is unable to fulfil your order, we will either offer you comparable replacement tickets or process a full refund.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit in your account. Refunds are issued for the ticket price only; any incidental costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) are not covered.

7. Ticket Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that every ticket sold through Grandstand Tickets is 100% genuine. We only work with verified, trusted suppliers who have been vetted through our supplier qualification process.

In the unlikely event that a ticket is found to be invalid at the venue, contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and if the ticket is confirmed as invalid due to supplier error, we will provide comparable replacement tickets or a full refund.

8. Your Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order
  • Check all event details (date, time, venue, ticket category) before completing your purchase
  • Comply with the event organiser's terms of entry and all venue regulations
  • Safeguard your tickets after delivery — we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets once they have been delivered
  • Not resell tickets purchased through our platform unless explicitly permitted by the event organiser. Unauthorised resale may result in tickets being voided and entry refused
  • Not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services

9. Limitation of Liability

Grandstand Tickets acts as an intermediary between you and ticket suppliers. While we take every reasonable care to ensure accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding information provided by suppliers, event organisers, or venues.

Our liability is limited as follows:

  • Our maximum liability for any order shall not exceed the total price you paid for the tickets in that order
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses — including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation expenses, lost enjoyment, or loss of earnings
  • We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, or government actions (force majeure)
  • We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate information or to comply with event entry requirements

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We have no control over the content or availability of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them. Your use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms and conditions.

12. Account Terms

You are not required to create an account to purchase tickets. However, if you choose to create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being used in violation of these terms

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly, and we aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be eligible to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
