Delivery & Tickets
How and when you'll receive your tickets.
Delivery method depends on the event and supplier. Most tickets are delivered electronically via email as e-tickets or mobile tickets. Some events may require physical tickets, which are shipped via tracked courier. Your confirmation email will specify the delivery method.
E-tickets are typically delivered within 24-72 hours of booking, though some may arrive closer to the event date depending on the organiser's release schedule. Physical tickets are usually dispatched 2-4 weeks before the event.
If you haven't received your tickets within the expected timeframe, check your spam/junk folder first. If they're not there, contact our support team with your order reference number and we'll chase this up with the supplier immediately.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
What happens if your plans change.
Event tickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed, as they are sourced from third-party suppliers. However, if you need to make changes, contact our support team as soon as possible and we'll explore your options.
If an event is officially cancelled by the organiser, you are entitled to a full refund. We will contact you directly with refund instructions. Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days.
If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will normally be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact our support team to discuss your options. Refund eligibility depends on the supplier and event organiser's policy.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
