The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is the season finale of the Formula 1 calendar, hosted at the Yas Marina Circuit on Yas Island. Held in November, it is best known for its twilight format — racing begins as the sun sets over the Emirate and finishes under floodlights, with a fireworks display once the chequered flag falls.
Yas Marina sits a short drive from both Abu Dhabi city centre and Dubai, which makes the weekend easy to combine with a wider trip across the UAE. Around a 7-hour flight from the UK, it is a popular spot for F1 fans wanting some winter sun alongside the racing.
Because it is the final race of the year, championships are often decided here — most famously the 2021 Verstappen vs Hamilton showdown — which gives the weekend a different weight to most other rounds.

Yas Marina Circuit stretches across 5.281 kilometres of Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, designed by Hermann Tilke. Since 2009, it has been home to Formula One's season-closing Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, making it the second Middle Eastern track on the F1 calendar following Bahrain, with Qatar and Saudi Arabia joining the region's roster later. Beyond grand prix racing, the venue has hosted the V8 Supercars, which competed here between 2010 and 2012—opening the championship in 2010 and 2011. The circuit also featured the final stage of Abu Dhabi Tour cycling events from 2015 to 2017. An FIA Grade 1 licence confirms its status as a world-class racing facility, and a two-day GP2 Asia Series test christened the track a week before its inaugural F1 race in 2009.

When I was looking for a genuine agent for my F1 ticket, I came across Grand Stand Tickets. After doing my due diligence and getting generally good reviews from previous clients, I decided to buy my Chinese GP ticket through their web page. They explained every step for me and even sorted out my data entry mistake without fuss. The result was a seamless smooth entry to the Chinese F1 with links to the local face recognition system used in China. The seat was exactly as requested in the main grand stand and I had the best experience possible — all thanks to Grand Stand Tickets. Cheers to the team at GST's.

The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2026 takes place on 4–6 December 2026 at Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The venue has a capacity of 60,000. Street address: Yas Central.
F1 hospitality ranges from open-air premium grandstand-with-hosted-lounge packages (the most affordable hospitality tier) up to the Paddock Club — the official F1 hospitality programme — which includes views from above the pits, gourmet catering, pit-lane walks and (event-dependent) driver appearances. Mid-tier options like Champions Club and Trophy Lounge sit between the two with private terraces, premium catering and dedicated entrances. Each hospitality category in the ticket list above details exactly what's included.
For an F1 race weekend at Yas Marina Circuit, plan to arrive at least 2-3 hours before the start of each day's first session. Allow extra time on race day (Sunday) for security checks, parking and the walk from car parks or shuttle stops to your grandstand.
To sit together, buy all tickets in the same category in a single order — the supplier allocates adjacent seats within an order whenever the category and inventory allow. Separate orders aren't guaranteed to land next to each other, even in the same category. If sitting together is essential, choose a hospitality package or a smaller reserved-seating category where consecutive seats are easier to confirm.
Most tickets are delivered as PDF e-tickets that scan from your phone screen — no printing needed. A small number of venues still require a printed ticket on entry; if that applies to your event, you'll be notified at checkout and in the delivery email. Mobile-transfer tickets (sent via the event's official app) are also used at select venues.
Yes. Every ticket is sourced from verified, KYC-checked suppliers and guaranteed to be valid for entry. We run integrity checks on each order before fulfilment, and our guarantee covers replacement or full refund if a ticket is ever rejected at the gate.
Tickets are typically delivered by email 2 to 4 weeks before the event, once the supplier has finalised seat allocations. For select events, physical, mobile-transfer or collection-on-site tickets may apply — exact delivery method is confirmed at checkout and again by email.
If the event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, you're entitled to a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, tickets are usually valid for the new date — we'll notify you by email with next steps as soon as we're informed by the organiser.
Ticket sales are final once seat allocations have been confirmed by the supplier. If you need to discuss your order before tickets are issued, contact our support team — we'll do what we can within the supplier and venue policies.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout (Stripe and Airwallex). Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on compatible devices, and Klarna is available for select orders to split the cost into instalments.
