Paris La Défense Arena brings world-class sport and entertainment to Nanterre, just outside Paris. Since opening in October 2017, this domed stadium has been home to rugby union club Racing 92. The venue takes its name from the neighbouring La Défense business district and replaced Stade Olympique Yves-du-Manoir as the club's headquarters. What makes the arena truly versatile is its flexible design. For rugby matches, it seats 30,681 spectators. Concert crowds can number up to 45,000 following a 2024 capacity upgrade, whilst movable stands accommodate various indoor sports with configurations ranging from around 5,000 to larger capacities depending on the event. Beyond the main arena, the complex houses 33,000 square metres of office space, 300 student rooms, and dining and retail options including a club shop, brewery, and gourmet restaurant. The venue gained further prominence as a host for swimming, water polo, and Paralympic swimming events during the 2024 Summer Games.
