Juventus Stadium has been the home of Juventus F.C. since the 2011–12 season. Located in Turin's Vallette borough, this all-seater venue holds 41,507 spectators, making it Italy's sixth largest football stadium and the first in Piedmont. The club owns the stadium outright, a distinction that made it the first modern club-owned football venue in Italy when it opened. It also holds UEFA Category 4 accreditation, the highest technical standard in the confederation's Stadium Infrastructure Regulations. The stadium opened with a friendly against Notts County on 8 September 2011, which ended 1–1. Three days later came the first competitive match, against Parma, where Stephan Lichtsteiler scored the opening goal in the 16th minute. The venue has since hosted major European competitions, including the 2014 UEFA Europa League Final, the 2021 UEFA Nations League Finals, and the 2022 UEFA Women's Champions League Final. Beyond the pitch, the stadium is part of a larger complex. The surrounding area includes the J-Museum, J-Medical facilities, a club concept store, and a shopping centre, creating a destination beyond match days.
