Mexico City's Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez is a 4.304 km motorsport circuit honouring two racing brothers. Ricardo Rodriguez died during practice for the 1962 Mexican Grand Prix, and the track took his name shortly after opening. Nine years later, his brother Pedro was also killed racing. The venue sits within Magdalena Mixhuca Sports City in southeast Mexico City and is owned by the city government, though currently operated under concession. Formula One returned to the track in 2015 after a long absence, with the race now called the Mexico City Grand Prix since 2021. The circuit previously hosted the championship in two separate periods, most recently in 1992 on a different layout. Beyond F1, the track has hosted various racing series over the years, including international championships and local competitions organised by its operator.
