MotoGP hospitality typically starts with grandstand seats combined with hosted lounge access, food and drink. The VIP Village is MotoGP's official hospitality programme: premium grandstand views, gourmet catering, pit-lane access and (event-dependent) rider appearances. Exact inclusions per package are listed on each hospitality category in the ticket list above.

For MotoGP at Sachsenring, plan to arrive at least 2 hours before each day's first session. Race day (Sunday) sees the biggest crowds — leave extra time for parking and gates.

To sit together, buy all tickets in the same category in a single order — the supplier allocates adjacent seats within an order whenever the category and inventory allow. Separate orders aren't guaranteed to land next to each other, even in the same category. If sitting together is essential, choose a hospitality package or a smaller reserved-seating category where consecutive seats are easier to confirm.

Most tickets are delivered as PDF e-tickets that scan from your phone screen — no printing needed. A small number of venues still require a printed ticket on entry; if that applies to your event, you'll be notified at checkout and in the delivery email. Mobile-transfer tickets (sent via the event's official app) are also used at select venues.

If the event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, you're entitled to a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, tickets are usually valid for the new date — we'll notify you by email with next steps as soon as we're informed by the organiser.
