When will event dates be confirmed?
Dates for the Formula 1 season are normally confirmed by the FIA in December. Dates for the MotoGP period are normally confirmed by the FIM around the same time. Where an event is advertised on our site, and the date has not been confirmed, we will mark those dates as “Provisional”.
Can I add tickets to my purchase after my initial booking?
Subject to availability, yes. However, we will not be able to guarantee seats will be next to each other.
Why do you charge a handling fee?
Handling fees are applied to cover our administrative costs.
Is it possible to visit paddock, pitlanes, or grid-walks?
In some circumstances, yes. These will be advertised online in our “VIP Passes” section. However, availability is strictly limited and we cannot guarantee availability.
How can I attend additional activities, such as post-race concerts?
If a concert is taking place at an event, your ticket will usually give you access. However, this is dependent upon the event.

I purchased my tickets, what next?
Once your purchase has been made, you will received your email confirmation within a few minutes. If you don’t receive anything, check your spam folder or contact us on email@example.com.
Will my tickets be seated next to each other?
If you buy a number of tickets, under the same booking order, for the same dates, on the same Grandstand, then your seats will be together.
Is it possible to know the exact location of my seat during the process of booking my tickets?
Unfortunately not. Seat numbers are allocated by the organiser and we have no control over this.
Do children need a different ticket-type?
Children’s tickets are available for most events (with age restrictions), and the prices for these tickets are reduced. There are also Family Packages on offer for many events and these packages consist of a combination of adult and child tickets. Please visit the event of your choice and check the product descriptions or the “Event Info” tab on the main menu. For further queries, please contact us.
Can I buy tickets disabled viewing?
Disabled persons tickets can only be purchased from the event organiser.
Are tickets refundable if I decide not to go?
You cannot cancel your tickets once the order has been confirmed.
What should I do if my tickets have been lost, stolen or damaged?
Once you have purchased your tickets, these are your responsibility and refunds cannot be made. If this does happen, you are welcome to contact us and we will do our best to help.
When will my tickets be delivered?
Once we have received tickets from the event organiser, they will be couriered to you. Tickets are normally delivered between 2-4 weeks prior to the event date. If you are planning on departing for the event before this time then please contact us and we can make alternate arrangements.
Do I need to accept the tickets in person?
Yes, all tickets require a signature on delivery. If you will not be home on the day of delivery, please contact the courier company to advise them of an alternative address.
How can I track the progress of my ticket delivery?
Once your tickets have been shipped, you will be notified by email which will also contain a tracking code. This will allow you to follow the progress of your order.
Can I change my delivery address after I made the booking?
Yes, simply log in to your account and amend your delivery address.
What happens when I need to collect tickets in person?
For some events your tickets cannot be physically delivered to you. In this case we will provide you with an e-voucher which you can use to collect your tickets at the venue. Your e-voucher will contain all the information necessary, in terms of number of tickets, and collection location. Note that for ticket collection you will also need to provide proof of ID in the form of passport.
Are online payments secure?
Yes, all payments made through our website uses technology to ensure the safety and security of your payment details and personal information.
We also use an SSL connections, meaning that any data sent has to be encrypted first before being transferred. This guarantees the security of your data.
How can I pay for my tickets?
You can pay for your tickets using credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request our bank details.
What currency will I be making payment in?
The currency you pay in will be the currency observed on the checkout page (usually pounds sterling). We take care of all the foreign exchange payments, meaning your bank or card provider will not charge you for FX conversion.

This depends on the event you attend. If parking is available at your chosen event, passes can be bought on each event page.
