QUESTIONS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

When Will My Tickets Arrive?

Your Tickets will be dispatched once the tickets have either been physically printed, or released, by the event organiser. This usually means around 4 – 8 weeks prior to the event date. Grandstand Tickets uses DHL Secure Express Delivery to courier your tickets to your address.

Is My Payment Secure?

Yes. Grandstand Tickets uses PayLink which is hosted by the Stripe Payment Gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, making this is the most stringent level of security available in the payments industry.

Can I Send My Tickets to a Different Address, or to a Different Person?

Yes. Before you pay you will be asked to input your Billing Address, this is the address that corresponds to your card payment details. If you need to send tickets to a different address, simply select “Delivery to a different address” and you will be prompted to input the details of the address, and person, to whom the tickets should be sent.

What happens if My Address Changes Before Delivery?

When you place an order on our platform, we automatically create an account for you. We will email you the account details shortly after your order has been placed. To change your address, simply log into that account, select My Details, and amend your address. If you cannot find the email we sent you outlining your account details, simply select My Account on any Grandstand Tickets webpage, and select Lost Your Password. Fill in the ‘Username or email’ field and we will send you a link to create a new password.

How Do I Check The Status of My Order?

Simply log in to your account and all your order details will be available to view. When you place an order on our platform, we automatically create an account for you. We will email you the account details shortly after your order has been placed.
